RESERVATION POLICY

• WIFI is available to guest free of charge

• Free private parking is available at the property ( 2-3 car availability at specific homes)

• Guests will be required to provide photo ID prior to issuing keys

• Pets are not allowed

• Guests will be financially responsible for any damage they make to the property and will be charged after departure if required

• Smoking is not allowed

• Parties/events are not allowed

• Quiet hours for the properties are between 12:00am and 8:00am (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)

• And quiet hours 11:00pm and 7:am (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)

• Foxtel entertainment and sport available for guest enjoyment (Available in Close to City home only)

                                                                                               CANCELLATION POLICY

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival

• The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. 

• If the guest does not show they will be charged the total price

• Matercard/Visa/American Express, Pay-pal, Stripe payments are accepted

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days
