As we handed over our 600 Australian native seedlings to Trees For Life (SA) last month, we were delighted to spot a tiny visitor—this beautiful ladybird, gently perched on one of the saplings leaves we had grown from seed.
Ladybirds aren’t just cute—they’re nature’s hardworking pest controllers. A single ladybird can live up to a year and may feast on up to 5,000 aphids in its lifetime. That’s thousands of garden pests gone—naturally—making ladybirds vital allies in keeping native plants healthy and thriving.
Moments like this remind us why we’re so passionate about the environment. At Adelaide Style Accommodation, we’re proud to be an eco-conscious business that genuinely cares about our surroundings. From growing native trees to planting butterfly gardens and supporting
sustainable South Australian products, we love sharing nature’s little wonders to help others appreciate and protect what we’re lucky to have.
If you’re someone who values sustainability, book your next South Australian getaway with us. Stay in one of our award-winning, environmentally friendly homes surrounded by gardens, native wildlife, and thoughtful touches that help you feel connected to nature.
