Last week we shared the joy of spotting a healthy swallowtail caterpillar in our garden… and now nature has taken another beautiful step forward.  The caterpillar is beginning to transform into its chrysalis (cocoon). 600 Aussie native trees with @ Trees For Life (SA)   We promised to keep you posted… and here we are! On 29–30 December (yes, right before New Year’s Eve ) we sowed:  2 species  5 boxes  300 tubes (300 trees) The biggest job? Preparing the boxes with soil. Wetting the mix filling tubes + adding fertiliser — time-consuming, but so worth it.
